Neil Bradley, chief policy officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, talks about the U.S. Debt Limit and why he believes Washington will avoid default. Bradley told an interview that he believes the debt limit would be raised. I think that there will be a package of some sort put together to raise the debt ceiling while also making changes to spending. Bradley said that he believed there was "enough will" in Washington to come to an agreement to raise the debt ceiling. He said, "I believe people understand the devastating nature of default." "I believe people understand the need to pay their bills."
