For May 2022 the mortgage volume in Switzerland amounted to a good 1,125 billion francs, which is an increase of four percent compared to the previous year. Within a week, the pricing structure at Saron mortgages once again it has changed dramatically for you: the top 5 Swiss provider is now with a premium of 2.24% entered the race, its offer was still at 1.74% last week. My main provider lowered their terms again at the end of the year – their premium is currently only 0.58%.
