Saxton also worked at Legg Mason, which was an investment and asset management firm acquired by Franklin Templeton Investments in July 2020. He served as a managed care services equity research analyst at Legg. Each has at least 15 years of health-care investment banking experience. Brown is also based in Charlotte. Raymond James has hired eight senior bankers in the last six months for its health-care investment banking practice, he added. With those hires, Raymond James established a new Charlotte office last year to build its investment banking presence here. "This industry team is stacked with talented and experienced bankers, leaving the firm well positioned for continued growth."
