Men's Wearhouse parent co. Tailored Brands hires new chief legal officer
Tailored Brands has undergone a series of leadership changes following the company's bankruptcy in 2020.

The company announced Dec. 21 that Yen Chu will assume the role as executive vice president, chief lawyer officer, and corporate secretary. Most recently, Chu was the executive vice president and chief legal officer of Equinox Group LLC in New York. From 2006 to 2017, Chu held various leadership positions at Ralph Lauren Corp. (NYSE RL), including as senior vice president, associate general counsel and senior vice president. Following the 2020 bankruptcy of Tailored Brands, a number of leadership changes have been made at Tailored. Tailored Brands was a previously publicly traded company that filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on August 2020. Dinesh Lathi was the former president and CEO of the company. He resigned in March 2021. Bob Hall and Peter Sachse, both board members, were appointed interim CEOs and became permanent co-CEOs in February 2022. Brandy Richardson was also appointed CFO by Tailored Brands in October 2021
