Last year, when Sergey Dryga Ph.D. began looking for lab space for his bioscience start-up, Q Biotech, the options were limited.
Dryga looked for commercial properties that he could retrofit his laboratory equipment into instead of dedicated labs. After looking at "a variety of spaces" for several months, Dryga signed a lease on a four-story building at 333 Rio Rancho Boulevard in March. NE for $16 per square feet.
