India's Yes Bank completes transfer of $5.81 bln worth bad loans to J.C. Flowers

Yes Bank, an Indian private lender, announced Monday that it had transferred bad loans in excess of 480 billion rupees to J.C. Private equity firm J.C. Flowers in a deal to clean up its balance sheet.
