Dallas' The Link lands another key tenant
McGuireWoods will take down more than 33,000 square feet at the 25-story, Class AA office building located at 2601 Olive Street between Dallas' Uptown and Victory Park neighborhoods.
McGuireWoods is moving its Dallas base less than a quarter mile to The Link at Uptown. The firm will occupy more than 33,000 square feet. The mix includes Newmark, Houlihan Lokey, Shearman & Sterling and PMG.
