Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust Declares Q4 Distribution

Not FOR DISTRIBUTION IN UNITED STATES. 20.22. (GLOBE NEWSWIRE). Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust ('Alaris’ or the 'Trust’) (TSX. AD.UN) announced that the Board of Directors of Trust (the ‘Board’) has declared a trust distribution (‘Distribution’) of $0.34 per trust units for the fourth quarter of 2022. This amounts to $1.36 per unit annually. Unitholders who were recorded on December 30, 2022 will receive the distribution on January 16, 2023. The Private Company Partners adjust their distributions each year based upon the percentage change in a "top-line" financial performance measure, such as gross margin or same-store sales, and rank in priority to owners' common equity position.
